VALEDOR Western accepts returns of eligible items for store credit only, no refunds.
Exchanges are not offered as inventory cannot be held or guaranteed.
Return Policy Conditions
Customer has a 7 day return window from the date their order has been delivered according to the tracking number of their order.
Returned item(s) will be carefully inspected. If item(s) fails to comply with all of the following conditions, the return will not be accepted and will be returned to customer.
In order for a return to be eligible, item must be returned in the following conditions.
- item(s) must be unworn, oder less, damage free, show no signs of worn.
- item(s) must have all tags attached and with original packaging
Final Sale Items
Items that are not eligible for return: all jewelry, belts, hats, bandanas, scarves, and wildrags.
Restocking Fee
There is a 10% restocking fee for returned item(s) that will be deducted from your store credit.

Return shipping labels are not provided. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs and such cost will not be refunded to customer in any manner.
