Return Policy

VALEDOR Western reserves the right to refuse a return in order to maintain quality control, safe public health practices, and proper hygiene. 

VALEDOR Western accepts returns of eligible items for store credit only, no refunds.

Exchanges are not offered as inventory cannot be held or guaranteed. 

Return Policy Conditions

Customer has a 7 day return window from the date their order has been delivered according to the tracking number of their order.

Returned item(s) will be carefully inspected. If item(s) fails to comply with all of the following conditions, the return be declined and will be returned to customer.

In order for a return to be eligible, item must be returned in the following conditions. 

  • item(s) must be unworn, oder less, damage free, show no signs of worn.
  • item(s) must have all tags attached and with original packaging

Final Sale Items 

Items that are not eligible for return: all jewelry, belts, hats, bandanas, scarves, and wildrags. 

Restocking Fee

There is a 10% restocking fee for returned item(s) that will be deducted from your store credit.

Self-Serve Returns

Customers can submit a return request on the self serve returns link below.

Submit a return request
  1. Log in to your account:
    1. In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".
    2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
    3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
  2. Click "Request return" for the order that you want to submit the return for.
  3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
  4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
  5. Click "Request return".

After customer ships the return item(s) back, customer may receive a return request confirmation once package is in our possession.

Return Address

Return shipping labels are not provided. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs and such cost will not be refunded to customer in any manner.

Store Credit

If a return request has been approved, customer will receive store credit via email. When wanting to use the store credit, during payment method at checkout, the option of paying with store credit will appear.

The shipping fee from original order is non refundable and will not be credited in this store credit.
