What payment methods can I use?
We offer different payment methods including major providers like Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, and Discover, as well as many different wallets like Apple Pay and Google Pay. We additionally offer Shop Pay and Shop Pay Installments if you would like to pay in payment installments
Can I purchase items with another currency?
At the moment, we only accept the currency of US Dollar (USD $).
Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?
We do everything we can to fulfill orders quickly and unfortunately cannot guarantee to read your request before your order ships out. If your message has been reached before your order ships out, you will know because we will have responded to your message. Otherwise, if your message has not been answered, it is best that you make a new order with the correct information and then let our customer service know.
What if I received an incorrect item?
If you received an incorrect item, we will be more than glad to make it right for you. Please email us within 3 days after you receive your order at contact@valedor-western.com and we will get back to you with following steps as to getting you with your correct item.
Can I cancel my order?
