U.S. Shipping

VALEDOR Western currently ships domestically to all United States territories. 

Fulfillment

All orders are processed and fulfilled within 2-4 business days. 

Tracking

All orders include a tracking number that is sent to your email once your order has been fulfilled. 

Estimated Delivery Date

Unfortunately, we cannot provide nor guarantee delivery dates since delivery dates are determined by shipping carriers only.

After your order has been fulfilled, a shipping carrier will scan the package and will provide updates on your package accordingly. Please make sure to be attentive the day your package is estimated to deliver to avoid delays and/or issues with delivery.

Fulfillment & Shipping Days

Business days are considered Monday - Friday and excludes Holidays. Please consider these days when placing an order to ensure proper delivery dates for yourself.

IMPORTANT

Please ensure to input your correct shipping address at checkout including all relevant and/or required information such as house numbers, correct street names, apartment, building, suite numbers etc for successful deliveries.

VALEDOR Western does not take responsibility for lost, incorrectly delivered, nor delayed packages for order shipping address information provided incorrectly at checkout.

DISCLAIMER: VALEDOR Western is not responsible for lost or stolen packages as delivery is responsibility for assigned shipping carriers. However, we will do our best to support you with delivery issues regarding your order.

If your tracking information or carrier states that your package was delivered and you have not received it (lost/stolen), you may take this up with the United States Postal Service and can file a claim.

Returned-To-Sender / Failed Delivery

Your package is being returned to VALEDOR Western's PO Box due to an incorrect, incomplete, or non existent shipping address you provided at checkout. Once the package has been delivered to our PO Box, you will be contacted via email with store credit for the item(s) you ordered. Shipping fee is not credited.
